Coverage availability, pricing, and terms vary by transaction and are determined by the carriers underwriting each policy. Any indicative terms we share are subject to full underwriting and carrier-specific policy forms.
Any illustrative figures, estimates, fee differentials, calculator results, and methodology outputs presented on the Site are illustrative and informational only. They are based on stated assumptions, may not reflect the terms of any actual transaction, and do not constitute warranties, guarantees, or commitments of any kind regarding pricing, savings, coverage, or outcomes.
Wolf Transactional Risk, LLC is an insurance brokerage, not a law firm. Our founder is an admitted member of the Illinois Bar, but does not act as an attorney on any engagement facilitated through WolfTRI, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using this Site, submitting a deal intake, or retaining WolfTRI as your insurance broker. For legal advice regarding your transaction, please consult your own counsel.
A client relationship with WolfTRI is formed only by a written engagement letter signed by WolfTRI and the client, and not by use of this Site, submission of a contact form, or preliminary discussions. The engagement letter will describe the scope of services, compensation, confidentiality, and other material terms of the engagement.
Wolf Transactional Risk, LLC is a licensed insurance producer. Licensing details and jurisdictions are available on request. All placements are effected through appropriately licensed brokers and, where applicable, through licensed wholesale platforms. We will not bind, solicit, or negotiate insurance in any jurisdiction in which the required licensure is not in place.
