Wolf Transactional Risk, LLC (“WolfTRI”) is a Delaware limited liability company, qualified to transact business in Illinois and licensed as an Illinois resident business entity insurance producer, focused on representations and warranties insurance placement. Wolf Transactional Risk team members may hold professional credentials from prior careers — including legal, finance, or investment banking backgrounds.
