He brings more than a decade of M&A investment banking experience at a leading North American investment bank in Chicago, where he rose from Analyst to Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group — executing and advising on middle-market and large-cap mandates across a wide range of industries, with deep expertise in deal structuring, financial analysis, valuation, and post-closing economics.
At WolfTRI, that experience informs how a placement is framed at the outset and how a loss is quantified if a claim arises: the deal model, the multiple, the post-closing economics — built and pressure-tested in the language insurers' experts use.
Daniel does not act as an insurance producer. All placement and policy negotiation is led by Scott Wolf, the firm's licensed producer.
Tamar helps build the people and operating standards behind WolfTRI: hiring, onboarding, culture, client-care discipline, and the internal systems that make careful professional work repeatable. She studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and her prior work includes stewardship-focused program management for JUF's Create a Jewish Legacy initiative.
