Wolf Transactional Risk is a founder-led RWI brokerage. We are building a small, senior team that does this work the way it should be done — with legal fluency, calm execution, and a client-first standard that holds up after the deal closes.

01What we are building

We started this firm to practice transactional risk in a quieter, more senior register — concentrated engagements, founder-led from intake through post-binding. Our work focuses on Representations & Warranties Insurance for M&A, real assets, and GP-led secondaries, with a growing contingent-risk practice alongside it.

The firm is small on purpose. Every engagement is led by a founder. Junior team members are mentored directly by the firm's principals — not routed through layers of process. The result is a practice where craft, candor, and post-binding ownership are the default, not the exception.

Legal fluency

We read purchase agreements, engage deal counsel on their own terms, and think in policy language. Backgrounds in transactional law, finance, or underwriting are valued.

Client first. Always.

Responsiveness, transparency, and post-binding availability are how we operate. The same firm that places the policy stays close to the file when claim or policy questions arise.

Quiet excellence

Institutional caliber without institutional bureaucracy. Documented execution, calm communication, and craft over performance.

03Who we are looking for

We are not actively recruiting against a fixed role list. We are building a bench, and we keep introductions open with people who would be a good long-term fit. In particular:

  • Former M&A or transactional attorneys interested in the insurance side of dealmaking.
  • Experienced RWI or transactional risk underwriters and brokers.
  • Real estate and infrastructure professionals with transactional diligence backgrounds.
  • Claims and policy-coordination professionals with RWI or transactional liability experience.
  • Operations and client-service professionals who care about craft and precision.
