All materials submitted to WolfTRI — including draft purchase agreements, CIMs, Phase I reports, rent rolls, fund documents, and any other transaction information — are treated as confidential. WolfTRI uses submitted materials solely to evaluate placement feasibility and, where an engagement is opened, to support carrier underwriting. WolfTRI shares submitted materials only with the carrier and wholesale broker partners required to quote and bind coverage. If no engagement is opened, materials are deleted on request.
